Lexhag were commissioned by Red Planet Pictures to help create the magical scenery of “Dickensian” which aired on BBC One in December 2015.

The entire show was filmed in a studio so we had the challenge of making sure the outdoor scenes looked believable. Having LiDAR scanned the entire set, we were able to use a mix of photogrammetry and huge 3d scans to create a workflow enabling the artists to make beautiful skies, extreme weather and seamless set extensions that we are very proud of.
